• Bathroom: $8,000 - $25,000+

• ​Master Bath: $15,000 - $60,000+​

• Kitchen: $30,000 - $120,000+

• Basement: $22,000 - $100,000+

• Room Addition: $62,000 - $150,000+

• Outdoor Living: $34,000 - $130,000+

Establishing a budget helps us narrow down your options and can help to get an idea of the project timeline.  Some might think keeping their budget sort of a secret is a good idea.  It makes it tough for us to create a design.  An example we commonly refer to is if your budget is a Honda, we would be wasting both of our time if we were trying to design and sell you a Ferrari.  

 

A general idea of time frames follows: 

• Bathroom: 6 -12+ weeks

• Master Bath: 8+ weeks

• Kitchen: 7 - 12+  weeks

• Basement: 6 - 15 weeks

• Room Addition: 3 - 8+ months

• Outdoor living: 1 - 4+ months
