Why Choose Us?
We've been building high-end outdoor living construction projects for over 15 years. These include decks, pool houses, fiberglass pools, engineered retaining walls, concrete foundations, and outdoor kitchens.
In those 15 years, we've worked with a number of engineers and architects for various projects. We've had the same engineer and architect for 7 years, whom we use when our projects call for it.
We pride ourselves on handling everything in-house. The only subs we use are an electrician, plumber, & HVAC technician. We handle everything else.
We've completely gutted and remodeled 4 houses - 2 of which needed major foundation repairs.
We've completely rebuilt houses from the foundation to the roof, but never from the ground up. Now we are going to apply our skills and attention to detail to build 2 full custom homes and outdoor living spaces.
One statement has been repeated by our customers throughout the years, and that's that they didn't like the experience they had with their home builder.

2. Site Walk, Initial Design Consultation, Budget-
Let's visit the site, discuss your initial ideas, and narrow down a budget
3. Finalize Design Plan + File Permits-
Going through the design phase can be exciting for some and overwhelming for others. Decisions about finishes, colors, and options take time, but once we narrow it down, things start to pick up quickly.
4. Build Your Dream Property-
We will meet with you weekly or bi-weekly on-site to discuss progress and make sure you're happy every step of the way.
5. Warranty-
1 year warranty covers the finish materials used in your new home—from roof shingles to bathroom tile, including kitchen cabinets, interior trim, and even the fireplace.
2 Year Mechanical Warranty- Covers mechanical systems in your home like plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling systems.

2 to 12 Weeks and depends on mostly your ability to make decisions.
What kind of budget do I need?
For the lot, site development, utilities, and construction of a 2-story home with a basement and garage, and some landscaping, you should have a budget of at least $450,000
How much is the design plan?
To get a custom home design plan, floor plan, landscape design, multiple renderings, multiple revisions, blueprints, and permit-ready plans starts at $5,000, which gets fully credited back to you if we build the project
What if we don't build with you?
The plans are yours, and you can take them and build with another contractor on your own lot, but you won't get your credit.
