Can you build paver patios or paver driveways in the winter?
Yes, we can! Like summer, sometimes we have to work around the weather, but we install pavers the way it's done in Canada, a much colder environment with freeze and thaw cycles that are harsh on large poured-in-place paving like concrete and asphalt
How long is your warranty?
The minimum is 5 years, and we have an option for a lifetime warranty, and it's transferable.
What about fading colors?
We don't cover fading, but some manufacturers have warranties for fading colors and deterioration.
What’s included in the design plan?
2D/3D renderings, video walkthroughs, material and plant lists, and the cost of the design plan is credited off the final invoice if we do the installation
How long does it take to receive my design?
We deliver designs within 3 days to 3 weeks after the consultation, but it depends on how fast you want to make decisions.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the design?
We offer free revisions until you’re 100% happy with your plan.
Can I use my design with any contractor?
Yes! Our plans are contractor-friendly and provide everything needed for a seamless project.
What else do you do?
We are a complete outdoor living company. Decks, coverings, sunrooms, and additions. We are also highly experienced with engineered retaining walls and have a civil engineer we regularly work with to complete any size project.
